We are the only company in Netherlands - probably the only company in Europe - to manufacture forming components in both stainless steel and composite. Composite forming shoulders are generally the first choice for the production of packaging whose dimensions must be extremely precise. Composite forming shoulders also have a longer service life. An in-house innovation: forming components in extra strong comoposite

composite is more fragile than stainless steel. Therefore, in collaboration with our regular composite supplier, we have developed a new type of composite. It has an additional hard-wearing layer that is reinforced with plastic fibres. As our composite can be detected by a metal detector, it is easy to find pieces that have broken off and to put them to use once again. This prevents losses in both time and production.
